• Please bear in mind that we provide our services based upon the information you have entered when booking with us.
  

• Payment method: Payments can be done in cash on the day of the trip (directly to the driver), or in advance by bank-transfer or credit/debit-card. 
  

• For airport services, the driver will be waiting for you for one hour after the arrival of your flight. If the driver has not heard anything from you within this hour, the reservation is considered cancelled without refund rights.
  

• For inner city services, the driver will be waiting for you for fifteen minutes after the appointed time. If the driver has not heard anything from you within this time, the reservation is considered cancelled without refund rights.

• Cancellations are free.

• TaxiBenidormTransfer.com and their drivers reserve the right to deny access to persons under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

• Smoking, drinking and eating is not permitted in our vehicles.
